"One language
dies every two weeks, Joel. Isn't that the figure? Fifty-eight
languages have only one speaker. It's horrific."
In Williams' play, four linguists from around the world meet
in a Cardiff hotel in an attempt to save languages that are
on the verge of extinction. As opposites attract and personalities
intertwine, a comic drama unfolds that captures both heart
and mind.
